Prior to starting SKR Capital Group, Shant Khatchadourian held a position as a loan officer in the commercial real estate lending division at Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles. At Security Pacific Bank, he was successful in originating highly structured bridge loans for sophisticated reposition transactions, as well as permanent financings for all property types. Prior to Security Pacific Bank, Mr. Khatchadourian received a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University. With a background in finance, underwriting, and credit analysis, Mr. Khatchadourian has been successful in arranging customized financings for his clients.
